Super Stretch/Pilates
Low impact core muscle strengthening and stretching. We will focus on core muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine.
Excellent class for those dealing with chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, improvement for balance and posture, and increase your flexibility and overall functional ability.
Classes held every Tues. and Thurs. at 12 noon – 1pm at the clinic
